I’m a new Plex Pass customer and purchased the HDHomeRun to watch and record live TV.
Setup of both was all fine (including finding all channels in Plex). But when I clicked onto Live TV & DVR I got “The guide is empty please verify your channel mappings and refresh the guide”. I did that and noticed “Refreshing guide data” ends at 8%, and returning still results in no guide and no live TV.
I was surprised a Plex approved solution doesn’t seem to work and I’ve read similar posts without a solution. I hope to resolve this otherwise I have to abandon Plex after just one day!
Update - by switching to another Plex server (from my MacBook Pro to my Synology NAS drive) it works (I get a guide). Would still be nice to resolve the first server issue.
