The 4th special from The IT Crowd (UK) is titled “The Internet is Coming” but Plex identified it as some deleted scenes. Here it is the info about the special:

Most likely this is caused because you are using tmdb episode ordering which lists the specials as The IT Crowd: Specials (2013) — The Movie Database (TMDB). Plex uses tmdb ordering by default unless you changed it to something else.
So, either 1) rename your special to match tmdb episode ordering (S00E01) or 2) change the episode ordering to tvdb aired order in the advanced settings if that is what you are using.
