Episode ordering from TheTVDB (Amazon) for The Office (US) is really off. Season 4 repeats episodes and season 7 leaves an episode out. The files are name to match TheTVDB from the website, but in Plex it’s not correct. The aired order, which I believe is the same as the Amazon order is also wrong. Same issues.
I’ll preface this with its really late here and I’ve had a few drinks, lol. One thing I notice is between all these DB’s some of the episodes seem to be 42 min long and some are 22 min long. You’re probably seeing a part 1 and a part 2 for some of these. Probably why you see some dupe names. I’ll leave it at that for now.

I’ve been looking at this and it is kind of confusing. I created a folder and just made some test files s04e01 - 06. If I select TVDB (aired) ordering, I get that goofy ordering you see. The external ID’s on TMDB seem ok. It does seem like some of the production codes are missing on TVDB and perhaps that is why things are confused. I’m still learning how a lot of this stuff works and how its interpreted by the Plex Series Agent.
yep, that’s how they’re named. I’m using Filebot to name them as I’ve always done.
