I would very much like to see the log files.
I would like the DEBUG server logs (not VERBOSE) which you capture this way:
- Verify the logging options
- Restart PMS
- Wait 2-3 minutes for everything to stabilize after startup
- Now use whichever device(s) you need to capture the need for secure connections disabled .
- After doing so, Download the server logs ZIP file
- Attach it here.
There are certain devices which lost their ability to use HTTPS way back in September 2021. Does this impact you?
