Unable to connect to “servername” securely

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4275

Since a few days ago, I can’t access my plex server on app.plex.tv or the kodi plugin.
It always shows“unable to connect to “servername” securely”.
I found a lot of people with the same problem as me by visiting the forum, which supposedly could be solved by a version update, but that didn’t work.I even uninstalled and reinstalled the plex server, but still no change.

Is this the file?

which browser are you using? is this when connecting locally on the same network or anywhere?

in servers network settings do you have a preferred network interface set? What is the secure connections set to on your server?

I can connect in the same network, but not elsewhere.

I have never changed these default configurations.

hmm. I see a connection refused error in log. have you restarted your server recently?

I know you said it started happening a few days ago but I see a new TLS certificate for secure connection was issued for your server yesterday/early this morning and wondering a restart will fix things up. (after a restart wait like 5 minutes for things to settle)

I’ve rebooted a few times before and just tried rebooting again, but it didn’t seem to do anything.
@BigWheel
Maybe it’s a question about a program bug?@Chuckpa

OK. Trying to ask some folks that are more knowledgeable about QNAP and general networking than me.

yeah chuck was the first person that came to mind but I’m not sure if he is on right now.

@BigWheel Thank you very much for your help and I hope you have a great day.

@Chuckpa Maybe I need a little help.

@ChuckPa Can you give me an installer for version 4276? I think if the 4275 version doesn’t work, I might try this.

@BacchusYun

Here is 1.22.0.4163.

This is stable and predates the start of changes you’re experiencing .

Let’s start at this version, confirm everything works, then consider advancing.

install this on top of the existing. QTS will allow the downgrade

Thank you very much, I will try it right away!

@ChuckPa
It still didn’t work. :sob:

Grab the logs.

Let me see

I have a browser issue with a docker container which is similar but that problem is of my own making.

Reviewing now.

It seems that my problem cannot be solved. :sob:
