The server is unable to create the Play queue

Hello everyone.
Hope you can help me. I am pretty new here.
I have a Qnap HS+251 where my Plex server is running
Server Version#: Version 1.27.2.5929
Player Version#: Plex Home Theatre 1.4.2.100

Remote Access is activated via a TCP 32400 and UDP 32400

Whenever I try to access the server on the NAS via my Android mobile I get the error message “The server is unable to create the play Queue” in Plex Home Theatre.

It is working for some days and then after a period of times I get the same message.

Does anybody has an idea how to fix it?
