Various error messages on remote Plex server played through Apple TV 4K

One of my Plex servers is situated on my Synology NAS at home, while the problematic one is on a Leaseweb server in Amsterdam. So when I play movies from this remote server, it plays really well on my 15" MacBook Pro through Plex player Version 1.16.0.1364-da192ff7. However, when I try to play movies through my Apple TV 4K, projected to TV, I get two different messages at different times. I am listing these error messages below:

  1. Couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again.

  2. Couldn’t create the playback session for this item.

To further explain the setup network speed, my Leaseweb server is 10 Gbps, while at home, I am on a 200mbps connection. I would assume these speeds are enough to have the videos play without much issue. I hope I have been able to explain the issue well. All help will be greatly appreciated.
