Pull the power plug … Roku OS 9.X would remember things without a good way to exit and clear except by pulling the power cable (even “restart” via menu wasn’t the same) - the new OS 10 has “fast load” feature so might be remembering even more.
I’ve had to pull the power to get a real reset … worth a shot in this odd situation.
