The transcoder was unable to process this media

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2571
Player Version#: iphone version 6.9

This happens with certain media but not all. I havent been able to identify why it is happening. Other posts like this i’ve seen mention subtitles, I am not trying to sync subtitles.

I’ve add the logs from the server and from my phone.
