Getting “The transcoder was unable to process this media” when attempting to sync new videos. Problem started after i had to replace a hard drive and rebuild the library. The video files all streams fine, just won’t transcode anything so can’t sync.

Looks like you are trying to sync the video with subtitles, but the subtitle file doesn’t exist. Try again, but don’t include the subtitle this time.
Where is the option to disable that? Here is the sync dialogue, it’s not visible there.
It’s on the preplay page before you hit sync. It will use the audio/video/subtitle options you’ve already chosen.
So in the above, if I choose to sync this video it has the subtitles enabled.

Possible that this disabled agent has something to do with it? It had previously been enabled around the time the error started.

I’m still seeing the same error. Did you create a new Sync job after de-selecting the subtitle?

I’m not able to reproduce this error. It works as expected for me when selecting/not selecting a subtitle. Turning the OpenSubtitle agent only stops it from retrieving new subtitles, it does not remove ones that are already there. Are you syncing to an iOS device? I tested using an Android device. I would suggest trying to Plex Dance the movie which should get rid of any stray subtitle files.
