Thecus N4350 Upgrade : Module N2350 not found

Good day,

I am trying to upgrade my Plex server version from 1.5.5.3634-995f1dead to the latest, however I keep on getting the following error message :slight_smile:

App installation failed because can not find Protocol: [ N2350 ] in install.rdf

I have tried :

  1. Uninstalling, restarting and Re-Installing
  2. Resetting the NAS
  3. Deleting the modules via SSH

Any thoughts or help will be appreciated.
