First, Theme music works fine for all other entertainment programs. I have local assets at the top of the list for all agents. I should be able to put the theme.mp3 file in the root directory for the local news program and it should play, but it doesn’t. Any ideas?
I figured out how to fix this. First, get the theme.mp3 file and put it in the root directory as Plex documentation states. Next go to the library display screen showing the news program. Click on the “…” and select “Fix Match…” or “Match…”. Then select “Search Options” and for Agent, select “Personal Media Shows”. That will pick up the theme.mp3 music. If it doesn’t, refresh the mediadata.
