I have mp3 theme music for some of my shows that only plays when using a browser.
When using Plex on my iPhone or my Apple TV theme music for a few shows does not play.
What can I do? I have tried to refresh metadata and delete and added the shows again. No change.
If it plays in the browser, there’s no need to delete or refresh anything – it’s clearly recognized and available on the server.
Did you enable theme music on the respective devices?
Settings > Experience > Theme Music
Yes but only 2 shows out of about 10 won’t play the theme music, so I guess the settings must be okay.
