Theme music on a Apple device

When I go to the browse a tv shows and I select the show and all sudden I don’t hear the theme.

Did you hear it before on the browser of that particular device?
Plex stores the settings for Plex Web separately for each client – so if the browser cache is cleared or you open it in a new browser / a new client, you might end up with the default settings for the client.

It was Before but I dont hear on it does have to be on at Apple TV or iPhone and iPad device

  1. In Plex Web… check Settings > Web Client > General > Play Theme Music
  2. In Plex for iOS… check Settings > User Experience > Theme Music > Volume
  3. In Plex for Apple TV (tvOS)… check Settings > Theme Music

Just tested it on all 3 versions. It appears not to be working on iOS (#2); via Plex Web and on Apple TV it’s working as expected.

Like Apple iPhone and iPad etc, doesn’t work at all.

If I may ask… what version of iOS and the Plex for iOS do you have installed?
All up-to-date?

  • iOS 12.1.3
  • Plex for iOS 5.9.1

Well right I have is iOS for Apple iPhone and iPad is 12.1.3 right now
