I am not yet convinced this is a server related issue.
Can you get me a sample / copy of one of the files which cause this?
I would use it to recreate here on iOS and verify the result.
I am 100% willing to get you a file, but is there a way I can get you the music without posting something I ripped to the Plex forums?
I can send you the file that you listed in the error above so long as I have a place to send it to you for testing purposes.
I sent a download link to one of the problematic files.
I also created a thread in the Android App section as you weren’t convinced it was server side.
Hoping that if it’s app side, they may know of a bug/setting in the application that causes this.
I’m going to be tied up 100% next several days – Synology DSM 7 package issue resolution.
Keeping the thread alive, I’ll check back mid January.
