iI purchased a USD 119.99 lifetime Subscription from you, in my account there is nothing to show that i have any Subscription from you, when i login i still have the button “go premium” if i go to Account>Subscription it offers me to purchase an Subscription.
if i go to account>payments it shows that there are no payments. i have not receved any emails with confirmations of payments.
If you bought it, you may have attached the plex pass to a different email address/plex account.
Take another look at the confirmation emails in your inbox.
