I tried to purchase a lifetime pass with Paypal, received payment agreement from Paypal, but no confirmation from plex. Emailed Feb. 6th plexpass@plex.tv with the subscription details from paypal, but no reply except the auto reply. How long does it usually take to activate the subscription when using paypal?
We responded to your email a few hours after it was sent, but we’ve had no replies from you on it. I’d recommend checking your spam/trash/promotions/etc. folders. I’ll go ahead and copy our original response and send it again.
Broadly (not going into details here on the public forum), we see one transaction attempt on the account, but it didn’t go through.

Simply select the PayPal tab on the subscription page where you choose your payment method. The Credit Card tab is default, but you can select PayPal instead.
