Is something wrong with login servers atm? I have tried logging in from Browser, Client, PS4, Android Phone, on both my normal internet and 4G.
(SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired) in the logs and browser says cert is unsafe.
Operations staff is on it.
Does this affect to remote access, which is not working on my server?

Probably. But only if the error came within the last ~ 6 hours
If you are suffering missing remote access already for longer, then it is a different cause. Please open an own thread for it (or put a link, if you already have one).

It is right now, Before that is always ok.
Issue has been resolved.
Restart Plex clients (and maybe the server as well) and try again.
Correct. Now it works. But synchro with an android doesn´t work. when playing in the phone, there seems to be nothing on it
