"There was a transcoder error" or "An error occurred while post processing the recording"

Been having this issue for some time that recordings are not completing as intended, I’ve tried to ensure any environmental variables on my end could be addressed and I’ve come up empty. Any help would be much appreciated.

Dr. Phil - 5-6PM - Transcoder error
PBS News Hour - 7-8PM - Transcoder error
Wild Kratts - 7:30-8PM - Post processing error
Man with a Plan - 8:30-9PM - Transcoder error (currently airing)

Server version: 1.10.1.4602

OS: UnRAID Docker

Clients, w/ versions, if applicable: N/A

What you did? Recored multiple shows via Plex DVR

What happened? Various recordings (not all) had post processing or transcoder issues during recording.

What you expected? Shows to be completed and post processed as normal.

What are your (relevant) settings?
-Enhanced Program Guide Enabled
-Remove commercials Enabled
-HDHomeRun EXTEND - TRANSCODER QUALITY - Original
-Transcoder temporary directory - /tmp
-Transcoder default throttle buffer - 60s

@johnm_ColaSC just throwing out feelers here

Try turning off Commercial Skipping to see if a recording finishes successfully.
