I have been restarting my server and trying to upload a different poster image to my video files and I get this error message “there was an error uploading this artwork”.
I read in this forum where this hs been an issue before so I wanted to see if this was happening to others…It worked for me just a couple of days ago, but as of the last 24 hours no matter what I do this is the message I keep getting.
So no one else is having this issue at all??

For anyone else having this issue…I had to clear my browser history completely and restart my browser and it started working again. Not sure if this is exactly what fixed it, but it worked for me.
I have been having this problem for the last few weeks and not sure what has changed. I have cleared my IE temp files and still persists. Then, I launched Plex in Chrome and I can now upload album art again. Appears to be related to using IE 11.447?
Resurrecting an old thread, but I was getting this too, and my issue stemmed from filesize. There appears to be a 10mb limit, even though the error message doesn’t inform you of this.
