I receive this era on computer and iphone. Also recently added music not showing up, except in itunes plugin.
I had the same thing happen to me after I migrated to a new OS.
What fixed it for me was to get in the webapp, sign out of my Plex
account, restart plex media server, and sign in again to Plex.
I don’t know what caused my problem, and and I don’t know why
the above fixed it for me. The problem, for me, fortunately,
has not reoccurred.

Thanks for the reply. Just tried and still not working.
This can happen after adding lots of media.
Just let the server running over night, so it can perform its maintenance routines.
It’s been like this for weeks.
Check your server logs for signs of a damaged database.
- activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
- quit Plex Server
- wait 1 minute
- start Plex Server
- wait 5 minutes
- fetch log files and attach them here
Or inspect them yourself. Take a look at the Plex Media Server.log file and seek for messages about database corrupt or malformed.
If you find these, you may have to repair your database.
