There was not enough free disk space to start the recording

I am having problems recording any show that is 1 hour or more in length, 1/2 hour shows record fine. I posted my logs, can someone help?Plex Media Server Logs_2019-04-17_07-18-26.zip (6.5 MB)

Can you provide more information? I would prefer not to have to search through your entire set of logs trying to find recordings that are an hour or more in length that are failing. What show, what time? How is the drive you are recording to formatted, NTFS, FAT32, exFAT? If FAT32 max files sizes are roughly the size of a 40+ minute recording.

Did a quick search through your logs. Found this error:

Apr 17, 2019 06:59:00.630 [9148] DEBUG - DVR:Grabber: checking for 8738 MB of available disk space in grab path and transcode cache path
Apr 17, 2019 06:59:00.638 [9148] WARN - Low disk space: 8.53GB source file, 8GB capacity, 6.75GB available on "Z:\Transcode\Sessions"

Seems like the drive you are using for the transcoder is not large enough for an hour long show.

OK, why is it trying to transcode during recording of MPEG2 shows?

The transcoder is used during all Live TV sessions and DVR Recordings.

Funny thing, I run another server with the same setup EXCEPT that it uses a HDHomerun Connect tuner for OTA instead of the HDHomerun Prime and it never gave me errors of not enough disk space and I had the same setup of using a Ramdisk as the transcoding drive.
