This PIN could not be saved

I’m getting " This PIN could not be saved." when trying to set a pin for the home admin account. I can set a pin for the managed users, but not the home admin. I read the thread about logging DIRECTLY into the server via port 32400, but I’m getting the same issue. I’ve tried both directly from the server and remoting into the server with the same issue. Does anyone have a fix?

It is not possible to change or remove a PIN from a Home Admin user.

" This PIN could not be saved."

“This PIN could not be removed.”

I’ve got the same problem, Home Admin user can’t set a PIN but managed users can.
I get the message " This PIN could not be saved." no matter where I try it from.
