This server is not powerful enough to convert video. New error since Plex upgrade

Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227
Player Version#: 4.127.1

Since upgrading Plex, I keep getting the server not powerful error. This only occurs when using the web player.

The suspect video works on the iPhone app.
It also work on Firefox using the Web Player as well as Safari and Opera.

It would appear this is an issue with Chrome.

Chrome version: 121.0.6167.85

---- UPDATE ----
Upgraded Chrome to 123.0.6312.87 and it seems to be working without generating server power error.
