I recently purchased a Drobo 5N2. I’ve been downloading my movies to my Drobo. I’ve downloaded the Plex app and tried to play the movies. However, I continue to get a message that says “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”. I adjusted the video quality under the settings/quality. I believe the Drobo supports Plex. I downloaded the app from my Drobo. Any ideas?
You will need to look at the bit rate , format , size, resolution and extension of you media.
I have a 5N and it played all my media - once it was formatted correctly.
There are plenty of posts here and google on how to get your media to play.
