Since yesterday, January 30th, I have an error message “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”. Before, everything was working correctly.
My server is: QNAP TVS-872XT. 16 GB RAM, 6 cores, intel I5.
Is this a general bug in the player or something else?

Had the same error when upgrading to version 1.18.5.2309. After downgrading to 1.18.4.2171 everything is working fine again and no errors transcoding the same media files.
Seems like a bug/regression in the latest version which is a shame because I would love to have the new option to not transcode video when only the audio needs transcoding.

I solved the problem by starting from scratch.
I erased everything, having made a backup first.
I installed the basic program provided by Qnap. Then I downloaded the update and installed it locally and not remotely.
I no longer got the error message. It took me a few hours to put everything back in order.
The only thing I find regrettable, is that Plex had trouble finding the right posters for movies, series, …
He puts up a poster and it’s not the right one.
The search works every other time.
Maybe you know how to tell me how to configure correctly in the settings, the “Agents” tab.
