You need to either restore a database from backup, or try and repair the current one.

But there is more than one problem. Some movie posters do not appear, and when playing most of the movies and episodes, they do not work and a message appears

Since your database and the PMS internal library is now out of sync, you’ll have to refresh metadata for items missing posters, as well as items that will not play, since the database now miss entries for posters, as well as analyze data
As an alternative, use the Plex Dance on those items
