Three Separate Issues on Xbox One

I’m trying to find out why I’m having three issues and if they can be fixed.

  1. When I go to a show in the Continue Watching/On Deck section, it brings me to the start of the season, where I have to manually scroll until I find the episode. Before it would just go to the episode I was on when I used those sections.

  2. When I try to resume playback on a show I stopped watching, it just stays on the buffering screen. It will play if I start the show from the beginning.

  3. When I start/exit a show, Plex causes my TV/AV Receiver to lose connection. The screen goes completely black and then it kicks in a second or two later. The audio usually starts playing before it reconnects.

Any ideas?
