I adjusted thumbnail slider in Home hub all the way to the right to make On Deck and the rest of the images bigger. However, when I got into any TV show’s Season view, the thumbnails for the episodes are giant because the slider has the same setting as on the Home hub.
I should be able to adjust those sizes independently, and, I think I used to be able to until something broke.
When is the last time you remember being able to size them independently? The earliest web interface to which I have access is version 4.30.2 (from March 30th of this year) and it exhibits the same behavior (as does 4.34.3). I don’t ever remember being able to change size on a per-page basis but, to be honest, it was never something for which I specifically checked either.
Yea, but I’m using something else to view the media with - and considering Plex has been DECAPITATING Actors ever since they invented Plex’s Patented Head Chopper 9000 Circular Mask For Portrait Images - cosmetics are something Plex absolutely doesn’t care about…
“Honey, Is that Jolene Blalock?”
“Yea, I’d recognize her torso anywhere…”
It’s a mixed bag here. The library view of my movies, TV shows, and music libraries all appear to be tied to the size of the home screen. However, if I navigate into a show or a season, those sizes are independent of the home screen. The size of the collection view of the library appears to be tied to the home screen as well; while the size of the content of a collection appears independent.
It seems that the top-level view for most libraries is tied to the home screen and perhaps sub-views are not. I find the consistency between the top-level views to be a good thing, but I can understand why someone else might want more granular control.
