Did a clean install of Plex on my Nvidia Shield. I had shows not being added and found out later I could have just updated the app.
Everything seem to work file, but thumbnails and movie info not being added. All the shows are appearing and found, but just non of the plex visualizations.
-Tried refreshing all metadata and it didnt work
-tried doing another fresh install and it didnt work
-same issue when viewing server from shield or from web
-when I play a video it will automatically generate a thumbnail of the video
Let me know your thoughts on what else I can try?
