Thumbnails Not Showing Up

Player Version#: 7.21

Thumbnails correctly display on web, mobile, Roku, etc but not on my Apple TV 4k. I’m on the latest version of tvOS and attached below are the logs.

I’m having to same issue too. Same hardware.

Same issue. Slow loading thumbnails. Items in collections take nearly a minute to load. Lots of connection errors. Using Plex app on Apple TV 4K newest model.
