Thumbs not showing

Currently I do not see any thumbs in plex web.
Log says

Has anyone an idea why this happens?

Is your server running on a NAS or FreeNAS?

Opening you link shows only that I have a permission problem?

PMS is running on a raspberry pi.

Sorry, Raspberry Pi is not a supported server architecture.
You’ll have better luck if you ask in the Linux subforum I think.

This really seems to be an issue with plex.
Plex web and the android app dont show images on new recordings.
If i check the metadata xml there is a thumb-link set like /library/metadata/24284/thumb/1474839613 and if I open the link i see the image.
So only plex clients seem to have an issue.

According to the logs plex tries to transcode images - what do I need for image transcoding?
