I have patchy coverage of recent photo imports into Plex. Some subfolders are completely devoid of thumbnails and the actual photographs take some time to actually display as well. These are not massive photographs (13MB 6752x4560 - negative scan) When looking at the logs to see if there was anything obvious, I came across this trace for a single image.
I’ve removed some identifiers, but this is repeated for every photo with a missing thumbnail.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this as missing thumbnails really devalue Plex as a photo store.
