Hi, I have my Plex media server running on my raspberry pi. All of my movies and episodes are on an external hard drive. All of Plex data was on my SD card, so I moved it to my hard drive also using a simlink.
My Movie library and my Movie 4k library are all fine. Thumbnails, metadata, etc, everything is there. For my TV shows, it doesn’t work. When I do Refresh metadata, I get the metadata but not the thumbnails. When I go look in my files, in Info.xml, there the link. for the posters, etc, and, for instance, in com.plexapp.agents.themoviedb/, there are poster and such.
On the client side, in my console browser I have a lot of 404.
My hard drive is this

All of the permissions of /var/lib/plexmediaserver/library (recursively) is 777, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
My guess would have been for the file system of my hard drive, since the problem started around that time, but my movies library works flawlessly for old and new movies.

There’s a status of 404 and there are no files in Contents/_combined/seasons/4/episodes/13/thumbs/
