Ticket System

Forums are awful for bug reporting. I saw one post from a plex team member (sa2000) stating that things get lost. If Plex doesn’t want to loose their paying members, they should provide a ticket system so both Plex and the paying members can track issues.

This was suggested on a call with some people a few months ago. It was promptly shot down within seconds lol.

There was a pool recently about payed support, so Plex might be introducing that kind of support some time in the future.
