Bug tracking system

Dear sirs,

Plex really need to implement a proper BUG TRACKING SYSTEM. It can be so simple as MantisBT, or so complex as Jira, but this need to be done.

The Forums are full of bug reports with general and specific questions, and this is completely inefficient.

Agreed, this system of tracking bugs via the forum is messy and just makes reporting issues a headache.

Bug Tracker

It seems some things get lost on the forums. I’ve subscribed to a few threads that have issues that have been outstanding for months. Sometimes a Dev will pop in to request logs or say it is being investigated but I’m not sure if this is the case 100% of time time. For things that are beyond user error, it would be nice to have a bug tracker. This will allow it to be seen how widespread the issue is and it will allow us to see what issues are actively being investigated. Current Listing: P…
