Tidal: can't view some artist pages/add them to library

Some artist pages can’t be seen from plex (you can browse a specific album from them, but clicking on the artist name just throws an error from plex/loads forever on plexamp), and adding their albums on Plex just does nothing.
For example, I can see the content of the album “Ashed Wings” from Camellia, and even listen to it through plex

However, clicking on the artist name brings me to an error page. Adding it to my library doesn’t work, tho adding it to My TIDAL does. This specific artist isn’t the first result when you search for Camellia on tidal, i’m not sure if that’s related to the issue.

This is the same issue that I’ve posted about here, with the same artist and a few others. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response in my thread either. Hoping someone from Plex sees one of our threads soon.

Seems to have the same issue for some artists
In my case “Angus Mcsix” and “Memoir Sonata”
If I add albums to my library, I can’t find them in music library but in live tv schedule recording

Just came across this issue for the first time when trying to add the newly released Charlie Brown Thanksgiving to my library – it just does nothing. And clicking on the artist takes me to an error page just as described above.

The album I noticed the issue with is now able to be added. In fact, it was while I was adding another album to my library that it completed…

@BigWheel I found another new permutation - Calum Graham. If I add Sympatheia to my library it pulls in the songs from Tabula Rasa but with the artwork of Sympatheia. If I add Tabula Rasa it pulls in but without artwork. I cannot get Sympatheia to add to my library.

Edit: and interestingly Jimmy Wahlsteen has issues with all his albums and he’s on the same label.
