I have my Tidal library linked to Plex and tend to add albums I really like to my Plex library.
Yesterday I added about 5 new albums to my Tidal collection. However, when I went into Plex to add them to my library, only a couple of them were showing up.
It’s the same regardless of which app I use (iOS, Mac, Plexamp etc.) and even if I go directly to my server which runs on a NAS. I’ve tried logging out and in again and also re-linking my Tidal account but to no avail.
You’re right, some of the albums have now appeared but there are still a couple which are missing. Oddly, I actually added them before the others. I’ve since removed them and re-added them to Tidal but so far they are still not showing in Plex. Very weird!
So while I am still having this issue with some albums, others I am able to find by searching the album title exactly. Still very frustrating that this issue hasn’t been resolved.
I have one album that just won’t appear at all, even though some other content I’ve added to Tidal at a later date, is now showing up.
The ability to merge content was the main draw for me buying a Plex Pass in the first place. If I have to keep switching to the native Tidal app anyway I may as well just stick with that.
I’m not impressed with the lack of support either.
Hello, still som issue with this here. Also, do you experience the lost of the “Add to my library” option in Plexamp? When using the plex web interface I still have if but not anymore in plexamp…
