I get the same “Source unavailable” message too when playing Tidal tracks added to my library. My Alexa dot has no issue playing the same files.

Hello, same problem with my chromecast device. But if you choose airplay instead of chromecast, it will work. Not really an alternative but I think it‘s a plex issue. Otherwise airplay would not work.

Was looking for a solution for this issue for a while. Still not solved for me (casting Tidal songs from my own library doesn’t work). I wasn’t aware of that, but I can cast songs from the Tidal tab. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.
