Tidal is not showing up!

Server Version#: OSX 1.14.0.5470
Player Version#: Web Client 3.69.1

I have a valid Tidal account which is correctly linked and authorised as an additional service. But Tidal is not showing up in the Libraries list or when I look my own plex music library!

The servers are not visible externally (through choice - I use a VPN instead)

Any thoughts?

Thanks

New features are often at first only available in the ‘hosted’ web app https://app.plex.tv/desktop

If you don’t want to use that you may have to wait until there is a server release that comes with an updated ‘local’ web client.

Understood and thanks for the swift reply

You could try PMP instead. V2.23 (released yesterday) already has the Tidal features in desktop mode.

What is PMP? Where do I find it?

Tidal isn’t showing up in the Roku App. I was hoping it would so my wife can easily play Tidal.

Go here: https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/ and select Apps & Devices, then click Download.

For what it’s worth, I don’t see Tidal in the desktop mode of PMP (v2.23, just got the update this morning) but I do see it in the desktop web version.

PMP

Web:

I too can only see Tidal in desktop mode, not PMP. I am running most recent versions of PMS and PMP. Thanks.

You are right. It is not completely integrated in PMP yet.
Only on the preplay pages of some artists you can see some Tidal content.

Sorry, about that! So use the hosted web app for the time being.
