Have decided to give this Tidal thing a go, however it doesn’t seem to work properly through PMP. The hosted web app on plex.tv works fine, however PMP does not display Tidal as a server. PMP does seem to pull Tidal albums and Tidal related artists, however no thumbnails appear and nothing Tidal related is click-able.
Is PMP not currently supported (with only the hosted web app being supported)?
PMP doesn’t currently support Tidal.

just started my 30 day test account on tidal and then seeing that pmp is not support, so i can’t use on my htpc and my hifi sound system…
but apple and android is supported, yeah kidz can hear tidal on the phones, these are the real customers who pay $20 per month for tidal…
we will see, if there is pmp support before my test period ends, i don’t think so 
Isn’t plexamp a PC app?
That is not an app, its a joke… I want to use it sitting on my couch in “TV Mode” on my 60" TV…
The app is the same as hearing Tidal/Spotify on a yamaha musiccast receiver, you need a 3" display (smart phone) to control it

So, um, since Samsung TV plex app doesn’t support Tidal, would installing an NVIDIA Shield device to the TV and using those apps support Tidal? Don’t want to drop $200 on something that doesn’t work…
Yes, that’d work because the Plex app for Android TV has already support for Tidal.
(The OS of the Shield is Android TV.)
