Tidal issues on Synology DS7

Hello, I am running my plex media server on Synology DS1815+ with DSM 7.0-41890.

Recently I added a Tidal account to the server. Unfortunately I get the following error every time I want to play something on the web interface:

An error occurred trying to play this item. Please make sure content from TIDAL is not already playing on another device.
Error code: h4 (Not Supported)

Any idea? I’m not using Tidal anywhere else, only created an account for Plex.
