I can successfully play Tidal songs through the iPhone app, but when I stop playback and use the web interface I’m getting a popup error message:
“An error occurred trying to play this item. Please make sure content from TIDAL is not already playing on another device. Error code: h4 (Not Supported)”
I’ve tried unlinking/linking my Tidal account with no luck.
I have tried using https in my connection and this doesn’t seem to work. I have relinked my Tidal account several times. Now, I don’t even get My Tidal anymore…
This was probably related to the issue that was resolved yesterday morning. I don’t know if everyone had to, but I do know that I and several others has to re-link our accounts once the issue was resolved to get things working again.
