Tidal linked, shows in server, not in media players

I just signed up for the Tidal/Plex premium package at $19.99 per month. Immediately, I was able to access Tidal through the Plex server. However, after numerous attempts, none of my media players (on Windows computers and a Roku) will show the Tidal server. Here is what I have done:

Re-linked Tidal and Plex
Re-started the Plex server, including the server computer it resides on
Uninstalled, then reinstalled and re-started all Media apps
Re-linked the Plex media app on Roku

I can’t find anything in the support articles to assist. Any ideas? Unless I can get the media players to work, this subscription will end at the end of the 30 day trial and I will be a most unhappy customer.

Well, gee, it would have been nice to have this info on the signup page! Thanks for your reply. Wondering how much longer before my clients will work? I guess I’ll cancel unless there is a definite timeline. I would have thought that Roku and Windows clients would be important enough to support them from the get-go!
