Tidal Music Videos not playing in Plex Music Library but in the Tidal Music Library

Hi,

for some reason on the Android App (Android TV as well) Tidal music videos don’t play when I try to play them from my Plex Music Library. Error “Unable to play Media”. Accessing the same Video through the Tidal Music Library in the Plex App works. Playing from Plex Web works as well.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Tidal linked to Plex.
  2. Browse to any artist in your local Music library in the Android App
  3. Scroll down to Tidal content and try to play a video (extras oder music video)
  4. Error message: Unable to play media

Steps for unsatisfying workaround:

  1. Browse to the same artist on Music Tidal in the Android App
  2. Scroll down to the Video content and try to play the same video
  3. Works flawlessly

Seems like an easy to fix bug!

Just a bump and can confirm this also happens with the newer Plex Media Server Version 1.30.2.6563

Hey Plex Support,

After almost 3 month a reaction would be nice. Im paying Plex Premium and Tidal.

And oddly enough, Play Artist TV works just fine.
