As of last night content added from tidal to my music libraries no longer plays. I get the “media player stopped working! Resetting” error message. This happened on both my shield tv and a mecool km3. Have not had a chance to test on Apple TV yet but wanted to get this out there. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I should add that everything plays fine in the tidal section . This seems to effect only tidal music added to the plex library.
I can’t confirm that this problem does not effect plex on Apple TV. Still no play on my Android TVs though. No one else is experiencing this?
The Tidal content added to my music library continues to play ok here in PMS web browser and PMP (albeit at AAC, not FLAC). My Tidal subscription is Hi Fi. Hope this helps.
Thank you for your reply. It seems to only effect my Android tv devices and seems to be related to the most recent update. I have one box that did not install the latest plex player and tidal plays fine through the library. Is there any way to go back one or two updates on Android tv devices?
Today’s update seems to have fixed this problem with Tidal. Thank you for fixing this!
I have just gotten the plex pass and tital offer and am looking to add stuff from tital to a play list for my daughter. I have tried to do it and get an error after adding the first one saying make sure destination is avail. and then see nothing in my media server for her. Any info on how to do this that I might be missing?

Try adding the tidal tracks or albums to your library first and then add them to a playlist from there.
