both of them cant connect while my mobile can as in windows plex and plex amp and also likely i cant in the mobile plex amp i think but for now i want to troubleshoot those two PC apps, any idea why and how to fix it if there is any fix this started when i upgraded my sub after liking a tidal trial of 2 months for 1 eur then upgrading to the 13 eur plan the one with master access now those two cant connect any suggestions to troubleshoot and fix this
