Tidal / Plex metadata, playlist images missing - 403 errors

Hi all, I have just signed up for Tidal and integrated it with Plex, inside a playlist a lot of the images are missing, I have checked on android tv and iOS. The images are there inside the Tidal app though.
Are the images passed from Tidal to Plex? I can’t see anywhere to force a refresh though, I have tried re authentication but it’s still the same.
First image is Plex on android tv, second on iOS and third the Tidal app

I’ve downloaded Plexamp and all the artwork is showing on there just not on the above.

403 forbidden errors for the missing images.

Status Code: 403 Forbidden
Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

Its the same on chrome and edge.
