Tidal songs, albums and artists aren't appearing. Playlists are fine

I can’t access my Tidal songs, albums and artists from all Plex apps, however the playlists are working fine.

When I press/click on the songs, albums or artists tabs, I get a spinning, loading screen which 90% of the time times out.

Try this:

  1. UNlink your Tidal account from your Plex account, here https://plex.tv/users/other-services
  2. disable the “Music” source here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources
  3. close your Plex client app
  4. wait 10 minutes
  5. re-enable the “Music” source
  6. Wait 2 minutes
  7. re-link your Tidal account to your Plex account
  8. re-start your Plex client/app (it might help to sign out from your Plex account on the app and sign in later)

Thank you for your help OttoKerner, but it didn’t help. Do you have any other suggestions?
