My Tidal isn't working

Hi there. I just signed up to a Tidal trial (through Plex), and I love the service. However, it doesn’t seem to be working with Plex. When I go into the Tidal portion of Plex and click “My Tidal” there’s nothing there. None of the albums, artists, videos or whatever that I’ve saved to my collection is showing up there. Any idea why? Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the connection between the two?

Btw, customer support already confirmed that the accounts are connected, so that’s not the problem.

We’re currently investigating an issue with this that is affecting some users.

Do you see any change when you change the sort order to Title?
